Services QR Menu

Your menu, on their phone, correct today.

A printed menu is out of date the moment a supplier raises a price. A Zideira menu is a link and a QR code, and you change it from your phone between two tables.

The basics

What guests get when they scan

A code for every table

Table seven, the terrace, the takeaway counter — each gets its own code. When an order arrives you already know where it came from.

  • Print on table tents or stickers
  • Download as PNG or PDF
  • Short link for Instagram bio

Arabic and English, properly

Not a translate button. You write each item in both languages, and the whole layout flips to right-to-left when a guest chooses Arabic.

  • Guest picks their language
  • Real RTL layout, not mirrored English
  • Prices in Kuwaiti dinar, three decimals

Photographs that load fast

Upload a photo per item and we resize it for phones. A guest on a weak signal in the corner of the room still sees the menu in under two seconds.

  • Automatic resizing
  • Works on slow connections

Sizes, extras and options

Small or large, oat milk, extra shot, no ice. Build an option group once and reuse it on every item that needs it.

  • Price adjusts as guests choose
  • Reusable option groups

Menus that follow the clock

Breakfast hides itself at eleven. The shisha menu appears at six. Nobody has to remember to do it.

  • Schedule by day and time
  • Separate menus per branch

Sold out in one tap

Mark the date cake gone and it greys out everywhere immediately. It comes back tomorrow on its own if you want it to.

  • Instant across every table
  • Daily limits for the kitchen

In practice

What changes on the floor

Price changes stop being a print job

A supplier raises the price of pistachios. You change one number on your phone. Every table in every branch is correct before the next guest sits down, and nobody has spent two hundred dinars reprinting menus.

  • Edit from a phone, no laptop needed
  • Every branch updates together, or one at a time
  • Change history, so you can see what moved and when
EDIT Pistachio latte 1.750 KD
WAS Pistachio latte 1.500 KD
LIVE All 3 branches updated
COST Reprinting menus 0.000 KD

The menu answers the questions staff repeat

Is it spicy. Does it have nuts. Is it available now. How big is the large. All of it sits on the item, in both languages, and the guest reads it without waiting for someone to walk over.

  • Allergens and dietary marks per item
  • Calorie and portion information if you want it
  • Descriptions that actually have room
ITEM Machboos dajaj 3.250 KD
DIET Contains nuts flagged
SIZE Serves two noted
LIVE Available now yes

Behind the scenes

What you get

What people actually look at

See which items get opened and never ordered. That is usually a price problem or a photograph problem, and now you know which.

  • Views against orders per item
  • Busiest hours of the day

It looks like your place

Your colours, your logo, your typeface. The menu should feel like part of the room, not like a template with your name pasted on.

  • Your brand, not ours
  • Custom cover image

One link, everywhere

The same menu works as a QR code on the table, a link in your Instagram bio and a button on Google Maps.

Several people can edit

Give the manager access to change prices without giving them access to everything else.

  • Roles per staff member

Questions

About QR menus

Every menu also has a short web address you can print underneath the code, and staff can pull it up on a tablet. Most places keep two or three printed menus behind the counter for guests who prefer paper, and that is fine.

No. The phone camera opens it directly in the browser. There is no app, no sign-up and no email address required to read a menu.

The layout is ours, but the colours, logo, typeface and photographs are yours. If you send us your printed menu we will build the digital one to match it as closely as the format allows.

If you type the items in yourself, an afternoon for a normal cafe menu. If you send us a spreadsheet or a photograph of the printed menu, we usually have it built within two working days.

See it before you decide.

The demo is a real menu with real Kuwaiti prices and delivery areas. Scroll it, switch it to Arabic, add something to the basket — it all works.
