Services Ordering Website

Take the order yourself and keep the whole dinar.

The delivery apps brought you customers, then kept them, and now charge a quarter of the ticket to hand them back. Your own ordering site costs the same every month whether you sell ten orders or ten thousand.

Ordering

How the order reaches you

Dine-in, pickup and delivery

One menu, three ways to buy from it. A dine-in order carries the table number; a delivery order carries the address and the governorate.

  • Table number attached automatically
  • Pickup times guests choose
  • Delivery areas with their own fees

KNET, cards and cash

KNET is not an afterthought bolted on for the Gulf — it sits at the top of the payment list where Kuwaiti guests expect it.

  • KNET, Visa and Mastercard
  • Cash on delivery
  • Pay-at-counter for pickup

Kuwait’s six governorates, ready

Capital, Hawalli, Farwaniya, Ahmadi, Jahra and Mubarak Al-Kabeer are already there, block by block. Set your own fee and minimum for each.

  • Per-area delivery fee
  • Per-area minimum order
  • Switch an area off when you are stretched

Orders where you will see them

A new order rings on the dashboard, and lands in WhatsApp or Telegram if that is where your kitchen actually looks.

  • Printer-ready ticket
  • WhatsApp and Telegram alerts

Preparation times that are honest

Set how long you actually need, per order type, and adjust it on a busy Thursday without touching anything else.

  • Different times for pickup and delivery
  • Busy mode adds minutes to everything

Stop taking orders when you are full

One switch pauses ordering without taking the menu down, so guests can still read it and know you reopen at eight.

  • Pause without hiding the menu
  • Scheduled opening hours

The arithmetic

What commission actually costs

A busy cafe doing four thousand dinar a month through an aggregator at twenty-five percent hands over a thousand dinar. Every month.

The same order, two ways

Nothing about the food changes. The guest orders the same thing at the same price. The difference is entirely in who keeps the money, and after the first month it is not close.

  • Flat monthly fee, whatever your volume
  • No per-order charge, ever
  • You set the delivery fee and you keep it
  • Your own domain, your own brand
AGG Order value 8.500 KD
AGG Commission at 25% -2.125 KD
ZID Order value 8.500 KD
ZID Commission 0.000 KD

You keep the relationship

On an aggregator the guest belongs to the app. They see your competitor advertised beneath your name, and you never learn their number. On your own site the order arrives with a phone number attached, and next month you can tell them about the new menu yourself.

  • Every guest number is yours to keep
  • Repeat guests recognised automatically
  • No competitor adverts beside your menu
  • Feeds straight into loyalty and messaging

Growing it

Keeping the order coming back

Where the money comes from

Which items sell, which times are dead, which delivery areas are worth the fuel. Exportable, so your accountant stops asking.

  • Sales by item, hour and area
  • CSV export

The guest list is yours

Every phone number that orders from you belongs to you — not to a platform that will sell your competitor an advert against it.

  • Export your guest list any time
  • No platform sitting between you

Discount codes that expire

Ten percent for the opening week, free delivery over five dinar, a code for the Instagram post. Set the rules and let it enforce them.

  • Percentage or fixed amount
  • Minimum order and expiry date

Ordering in Arabic too

The whole checkout, not just the menu — addresses, notes, payment and the confirmation screen all read right to left.

Questions

About ordering

It helps, and we will set it up with you, but it is not required to start — you get a Zideira address immediately and can point your own domain at it whenever you are ready.

KNET and card payments settle into your own merchant account through a Kuwaiti payment gateway. The money never passes through us, so there is nothing for us to hold or deduct.

Usually not at first. Most places keep them for discovery and push their regulars to their own site with a card in the delivery bag. Within a few months the split is usually worth more than the apps ever were.

Your own drivers, or a third-party fleet you already use. We handle the ordering, the payment and the tracking; the driving stays with whoever does it now.

Work out what you are paying in commission.

Tell us roughly what you turn over through the apps each month and we will show you the arithmetic honestly — including the cases where staying on them is the right call.
