The message arrives where they will actually see it. Coming soon

An emailed booking confirmation goes to a tab nobody opens. The same message on WhatsApp is read in four minutes. For a reminder that decides whether a table sits empty, that difference is the whole point.

What gets sent

Order and booking confirmations Soon

Sent the moment it happens, with the details written out — name, party size, time, table, what was ordered.

  • Instant on order or booking
  • Change and cancel links included

Reminders the day before Soon

The single cheapest thing you can do about no-shows. A reminder with a cancel link means the guests who were never coming free the table in time.

  • Timing you choose
  • One tap to cancel or confirm

Order on its way Soon

Accepted, being prepared, out for delivery. The guest stops calling to ask, which is worth something on its own during service.

  • Status updates as the order moves
  • Driver details when it leaves

Templates in both languages Soon

Each message written once in Arabic and once in English. The guest gets the one they chose when they ordered.

  • Your wording, not ours
  • Right-to-left Arabic

Why it matters more here

The reminder pays for itself

Two no-shows on a Thursday is roughly fifteen dinar of covers that never arrived, and a table held empty for forty minutes during the busiest part of service. A reminder costs a few fils and stops most of them.

  • Sent the day before, automatically
  • Cancel link frees the table in time
  • Freed slots reopen to other guests
  • Works for orders as well as bookings

Coming the other way

One inbox the team shares Soon

Guest replies land in a single inbox rather than on whichever manager’s personal phone happened to be handy that evening.

  • Shared between staff
  • History attached to the guest

New orders to the kitchen

Order alerts to your own staff on WhatsApp or Telegram — this part works today, and plenty of kitchens run on it already.

  • WhatsApp or Telegram
  • Per-branch groups

Numbers that stay yours Soon

The conversation and the number belong to your business, not to a member of staff who might leave next month.

  • Business number, not personal
  • Export the history

Questions

About messaging

Yes, and we will walk you through registering the number. It has to be a number that is not already on a personal WhatsApp, so most places use a new line for it.

WhatsApp charges per conversation and SMS charges per message; both are billed at cost with nothing added on top. Order and booking confirmations to guests who contacted you first are usually the cheapest category.

If it is currently on personal WhatsApp it has to be moved off first, which deletes that chat history. Most places find it cleaner to start with a fresh business line.
